 Casa de la Esperanza, Longmont Colorado,  offers 32 housing units, each with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Rents are subsidized; the subsidy amount depends on the total family income and how many members are in the family.  Each household also receives a utility allowance to help offset gas and electric bills. ​

To be eligible for housing at Casa, an applicant/family must:
  • Work in agriculture, or be a retired or disabled farm worker
  • Have a majority of income from agriculture (such as employment as a nursery worker, farm laborer or transporter from a farm to a warehouse).
